Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email or when the order is marked as processed in your account.

We may refuse, cancel or limit orders where products are unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected or we reasonably believe the order violates these terms.

Payment must be made through the methods offered at checkout, which may include card payments, bank transfer, mobile money or other supported providers.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We are not responsible for payment processor failures, although we will work with you to resolve issues where possible.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to the address provided or when you collect the item, whichever applies first. Title passes according to the payment terms and applicable law.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, government action, internet failures, carrier delays or supply chain disruptions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise. The courts of Ghana shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rules.
